Legal
Legal and disclosures.
We publish these in plain language because trust is the whole business. Four short statements cover how we earn money, what our content is and is not, how our content is made, and how we handle your information.
Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on this website and in our emails are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the company, at no additional cost to you. This is one of the ways Her Next Fifty earns revenue. We list and recommend products based on usefulness to our readers, and we say so when something did not impress us. Affiliate relationships never buy a recommendation, a ranking, or a kind word here. If a product is listed, it is because we would suggest it to family. This disclosure is provided in line with the FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255).
Education, Not Financial Advice
Her Next Fifty publishes financial education for general information only. Nothing on this website, in our emails, videos, courses, or membership is personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific product or security. Example numbers are illustrations of principles, not predictions or promises of returns. Your situation is your own, and decisions with lasting consequences deserve a conversation with a licensed professional who knows your full picture. Her Next Fifty is not a registered investment adviser, broker dealer, or tax preparer.
AI Content Disclosure
Her Next Fifty is a faceless editorial brand. Our lessons are researched and written by human editors, and we use AI tools in production: narration voices for videos, design and layout assistance, transcription, and editing support. We disclose this because you deserve to know how what you are reading and hearing was made. AI tools do not choose our topics, set our opinions, invent our numbers, or appear as a person. We never use AI generated people presented as real, never clone a real person's voice, and never publish a statistic we have not checked against a source. If we ever make an error, we correct it visibly.
